Let’s get started – Setting up Secure Wi-Fi is simple
Please ensure you are connected to the T-Mobile Network and proceed with the following:
1. Download then open Secure Wi-Fi app.
a. Android and iOS users are presented a consent / agree screen the first time the app is opened.
b. After accepting the Secure Wi-Fi, it will automatically authenticate then check for service. No Login required!
2. Android Only: Carrier Hub Magenta
a. If prompted to install the Carrier Hub application, please download, and accept permissions requests. The Carrier Hub Magenta application enables authentication, and the app will not be able to check for service or be able to activate without it.

3. Next, you will need to ‘Enable the VPN’
a. iOS has 4 prompts: Allow VPN then your Apple ID
- Share Anonymous Wi-Fi Data (yes/no) – this is for operational metrics only, the app does not share any personally identifiable user or usage information.
- Send you notifications (Allow/Don’t Allow) – select “Allow” which will ensure you are warned if there is a problem detected and notified of protection status. No marketing or other types of notifications will ever be sent through the app.
4. Congratulations, you are now protected!
a. The app will automatically turn on whenever you connect to a Wi-Fi network and then turn off when you disconnect. It’s that simple.

-If you are the account owner you can add the service to your T-Mobile Business account.
-If you see this screen, and recently added the service to your T-Mobile account, tap on the Check Subscription button.
-You can also subscribe through iTunes if you wish to be billed through Apple.
iTunes purchasing
1. Tap on the Subscribe button then tap Subscribe again to start the iTunes purchase process.
2. iTunes will prompt you to confirm your subscription and then may ask for your Apple ID information.
3. After you have successfully subscribed you will see a confirmation. Some Wi-Fi networks may be compromised, and the application will show a Suspicious Wi-Fi warning. It is recommended to discontinue use of that Wi-Fi network.
